Privacy statement
Privacy Shield Group B.V. certifies hotels on how they handle the privacy of their guests. It would be odd to ask that of others and be vague about it ourselves, so this page states plainly what this website does and does not do with your data.
What this website collects
Nothing. privacyshieldgroup.com is an information site. It carries no contact form, no accounts and no login. We set no tracking cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts.
Fonts and images are served from our own server. No request from this page goes to Google, to a font service or to any other third party, so no third party learns that you visited us.
If you contact us
Write to info@sajrecherche.com or call +31 20 782 3222 and we process the details you supply, for one purpose: answering you. We keep that correspondence for as long as handling your question requires and for as long as statutory retention obligations demand, and no longer.
Mail sent to our address is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards it to the mailbox we actually read. Your message passes through Cloudflare's infrastructure on the way.
Hosting and logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address to deliver the page and to defend against attacks. That is a normal part of serving a website and is covered by Cloudflare's own data processing terms.
Certification work
This statement covers the website only. Personal data processed during an audit, inspection or training assignment is governed by the agreement with the client concerned, including the processing agreement that forms part of it.
Your rights
You may ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or to have it erased. Write to info@sajrecherche.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
